Dear ºûµûÖ±²¥-Brightwaters Community,
Earlier today, Newsday published an online story regarding the legal fees incurred by the ºûµûÖ±²¥ School ºûµûÖ±²¥ for claims brought under the Child Victims Act. The amount reported in the story represents nearly four years of legal invoices relating to these cases. As the legal process moves forward, we will continue to work with counsel to resolve these matters.
The ºûµûÖ±²¥ appreciates the input it has received from members of the ºûµûÖ±²¥-Brightwaters community and will continue to provide updates as legally permissible.
