Dear ºûµûÖ±²¥-Brightwaters Community,
This afternoon, the ºûµûÖ±²¥ School ºûµûÖ±²¥ was advised that an employee of Suffolk Transportation, a transportation provider for the ºûµûÖ±²¥, had been arrested. We have been notified by the Suffolk County Police Department that all incidents of alleged abuse did not occur on ºûµûÖ±²¥ property, within ºûµûÖ±²¥ buildings, or on buses transporting students for the ºûµûÖ±²¥. The ºûµûÖ±²¥ has taken immediate action to ensure that the employee of Suffolk Transportation will no longer participate in providing any driving duties for the ºûµûÖ±²¥. The ºûµûÖ±²¥ School ºûµûÖ±²¥ stands committed to protecting the health, safety, and welfare of our students and will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement regarding this matter.
