ºûµûÖ±²¥ Trustee Wins Board Service Award

 ºûµûÖ±²¥ Board of Education Trustee Andrew A. Arcuri has been awarded the Nassau-Suffolk School Board Association's Outstanding School Board Service Award, which recognizes extraordinary contributions to local school boards and communities. Known for never missing a meeting, Mr. Arcuri is a ºûµûÖ±²¥ graduate who is serving his seventh term on the ºûµûÖ±²¥ Board of Education. During his 19 years as a Board member, he has served as both President and Vice President multiple times. He has also served on the Summit Council, a budget planning team for Eastern Suffolk BOCES, volunteered for the ºûµûÖ±²¥ High School Law Day, and attended career days to share his profession as an attorney with students. He has won the SCOPE Award for Outstanding School Board Service six times.
